Clark Green City is a 9,500-hectare new metropolis in Clark, Philippines, conceived at the confluence of industry and agriculture, with a central park and business district at its heart, served by public transport, housing, and industry. The master plan was developed for the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) through a competitive design process, positioning it as one of the largest planned metropolitan developments in Southeast Asia. Raghavendran served as Urban Designer on the team behind this winning competition entry, helping shape the framework for a self-sufficient metropolis designed to balance industry, agriculture, and public life at a national scale.
Involved in and delivered award-winning master planning and mixed-use projects across the U.S. and Southeast Asia, recognized through international design competitions and industry design awards.

ECO3 Smart City is a 531-acre master plan for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, developed to rethink the way a city can be made smarter by enriching the human infrastructure, balancing economic opportunities, environmental impacts, and quality of life. The plan was built on a triple-bottom-line framework — people, planet, and profit — integrating sustainable systems into the city's core infrastructure. Raghavendran contributed as Urban Designer to the winning competition entry, helping shape a master plan that balances smart-city technology with human-centered design.

1105 West Peachtree is a Class-A office tower anchored by Google, joined by a high-end residential tower and Epicurean Atlanta, a boutique hotel — the largest and tallest office tower constructed in Georgia in the past decade, developed with RJT+R as project architect. The tri-tower development earned multiple honors, including Best in Show at the inaugural Georgia Design Awards Gala (2022) and a Development of Excellence Award from Urban Land Institute Atlanta (2023). Raghavendran served as Associate on the project team, contributing to a mixed-use development that has become one of the largest private developments in Atlanta's history.
