Two decades of work spanning    S. E. Asia, the Middle East, the Indian sub-continent and the U.S.A

Raghavendran has a varied project type experience ranging from large scale mixed-use, high-rise and garden style multifamily, urban and resort hotels, office parks as an architect, to strategic social housing and urban mixed-use townships and  reclaimed island towns as an urban designer.

As part of the design team, he contributed to two international design competition wins for master planning work — Clark Green City (Philippines) and ECO3 Smart City (Malaysia).

Successfully leading teams on projects right from conceptual design through construction in senior designer roles, equipped with the project management skills required to coordinate with different teams and allied consultants working across geographies, Raghavendran has been instrumental in realizing the client’s vision on projects, while creating contextually sensitive designs.

Raghavendran actively contributes to firm thought leadership through committees, and initiatives focused on integrating future-forward design tools for streamlined delivery of residential and hospitality projects, ensuring more data driven and efficient design solutions.

Winning competition entry for a 531-acre smart city master plan built on sustainable systems and a triple-bottom-line framework (people, planet, profits).

Graphic Design as a medium to express architectural and urban design work has always been part of Raghavendran's professional career. 

 Raghavendran has experience in creating engaging graphics, logos/branding collaterals and websites for various clients over the years, for both professional and personal uses.

Illustrations

to engage with children through storytelling, which started as a hobby, eventually became a part of Raghavendran's daily life when he co-founded Tale Weavers. He has successfully illustrated stories that break stereotypes to create a more inclusive and balanced learning environment. Additionally, he has also been responsible for driving the organisation's strategies to engage with communities by designing digital media and offline campaigns to address various social issues.
